How it works
Teams start with a research question and review an AI-generated plan with tailored questions for each department. Employees join without creating an account and take part in adaptive interviews through text or optional voice, with follow-up questions that explore the reasons behind their answers. Each participant can edit, approve or decline their summary before it contributes to the research. Analysis brings approved summaries into shared themes and findings across departments, with reporting thresholds that protect small groups. The management workspace connects these insights to decisions, actions, owners, deadlines and KPIs, so teams can test improvements, measure progress and share what changed.
